Our Customer satisfaction is very important to us.  Should an issue with your purchase arise, I will, within 14 days of shipping the product(s), replace, exchange, or refund to you on unwashed, unworn, or unused products only.  You must contact me prior to returning products.  I reserve the right to refuse reimbursement on products returned without prior approval.  Items found to be defective will be refunded, replaced, or repaired at the discretion of E-a-poo's® diapers. All second or clearance sale items are final.

Cancellation on custom orders are subject to a 15% cutting/restocking fee.

Custom orders require 50 - 80% paid prior to any fabrics being cut. Balance and postage due upon finalization of the custom order.

We reserve the right to refuse acceptance of any order.

We accept Funded and Credit Card Pay Pal Payments. We also accept credit card payments made by telephone for those who do not have a Pay Pal Internet account.  Credit Card payments can be made by contacting E-a-poo’s at 412-607-9886. 
E-a-poo's does not share, sell or display customer information.

Internet hours of operation Monday thru Friday 8 am to 7 pm.  While I do check email on the weekends should you not receive an immediate reply, you can expect a reply during opening business hours on Monday.  Special holiday or vacation hours will be posted in advance to avoid any disappointment in communication.

Stocked items will ship in approximately 2 Business days during normal business week hours. E-check payment items will not process until the e-check has cleared from the bank. Should an item be out of stock an email notification will be issued and the assembled item will ship in the customary 24-48 business hours from the time of email notification.  Shipping up to 13 oz. will be via USPS 1st class mail unless prior arrangements are made.  All international customers will be responsible for any duties and taxes that are applicable to their package. International rates are rated and quoted in advance.
 
As part of our approach to environmental responsibility we ship packages with handwritten mailing addresses to eliminate the use of printing materials and packaging. Our packages are hand delivered to the post office.
